1. State your opposition to the proposed rule in the box below and ask that the entire RULE BE THROWN OUT:  [TIP:  You oppose the proposed rule for Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures (SBA-2008-0001, 3245-AF40) and want the entire rule pulled so that the SBA can draft a new rule that complies with the original intent of Congress and the results of the scholarly recommendations of the National Research Council (NRC) of the National Academies, Committee on National Statistics, published, "Analyzing Information on Women-Owned Small Businesses in Federal Contracting."]

2. State why it is important that your firm (or the firm you work for) receive fair access to federal contracts. [TIP:  You are a business owner (or work for a women-owned business, or are impacted in some way by the revenues of a women-owned business) and you are not achieving the financial opportunities you should because you are being shut out of certain federal contracts.  What has this meant for your business?  For your family?  For your employees?  For your community?  Do you have any specific examples?  If so, please include these.]

3. Describe any hardships you have faced in trying to access federal contracts, or because you have not been able to access federal contracts.

4. Add any closing comments.
