The USWCC | Benefits+ Card provides a secure and cost-effective payroll card solution which is based on a unique prepaid card management program that can link to all major financial networks. Our platform supports online, real-time transaction processing capabilities using PIN-based security. The USWCC | Benefits+ Card platform is available as a turn-key payroll distribution solution or as a customized program that fits our customer’s needs.

 Administrator Benefits

Administrators have profiles available to them via the website, so it is easier to keep track of multiple employees, remote site employees, other administrative personnel, or the general day-to-day transactions which flow through the system. Administrators are authorized to upload batch payroll files, issue cards, request replacement cards, initiate new employees and cardholders, move money to cards, remove money from cards, view transaction history, generate reports, and more.

 Card Activation

Cards may be activated at any time through our 24/7/365 card activation program. This is offered as both added security and as a convenience, since our customers may need to activate a card in the event of an emergency. Cards may be activated either through the website, automated telephone service, or by speaking with a live customer service agent.

 Training our New Users

The USWCC | Benefits+ Card offers comprehensive and personalized training for you and your staff to make it easier for you to manage a payroll card program. Using our online demonstration system, we provide instructions on how to manage cardholders, issue and replace cards, deposit funds to cards, pay satellite employees, move card-to-card, and produce reports for management.

 Security and Compliance Management

Cardholders expect their information to be safe and secure whenever they access their accounts via ATMs, over the Internet or phone, or through retailer card systems. The USWCC | Benefits+ Card is committed to security and compliance, and protecting cardholder information is our utmost priority. We adhere to SAS 70 Type II regulation, which is a premier audit for ensuring the safety of sensitive data when information passes electronically between financial institution and cardholder. SAS 70 compliance provides the framework to protect against cardholder data exposure, including: building and maintaining a secure network, encrypting cardholder data, maintaining and monitoring secure systems and applications in order to create a rigid information security policy, observing password complexity rules and PIN-based security, and observing access control measures.

 Web-based USWCC | Benefits+ Card Management

USWCC | Benefits+ Card manages prepaid and stored-value cards via an online, web-based management system. The system is able to manage, in real-time, all functions of our card platform, from production to maintaining balances to reporting.

 Customer Service Benefits

Our professional, bilingual support staff is able to assist administrators and cardholders with any/all routine inquiries such as balance inquiries, payroll funding, cardholder transaction history, periodic statements, reports, account maintenance updates, card-to-card moves, and other requests.

 Voice Response Telephone Service

The USWCC | Benefits+ Card utilizes a bilingual, 24/7/365 Voice Response Unit (VRU) to aid cardholders with any transactions any where in the world. By dialing a toll-free 800 number, cardholders can activate cards, move funds, receive current balances, and activate personalized PINs. From the VRU, customers may access our live customer service with just a push of a button.

 USWCC | Benefits+ Card Documents and Brochures

Our in-house design department has created technical brochures and program information brochures, a cardholder guide, a welcome kit, information folders, and registration applications in order to assist in our customer’s implementation of the USWCC | Benefits+ Card platform. Documentation is available in English and Spanish, and fully explains our platform to anyone who is interested.

 Cardholder Benefits

Customers can access information about their card 24/7/365 through our secure website. Routine inquiries and transactions including account maintenance, balance information, transaction history, and card-to-card money moves can be performed via the website. All balance and transaction information is updated in real-time, so only current, up-to-the-nanosecond information is displayed.

24/7/365 Call Center

The USWCC | Benefits+ Card offers 24/7/365 bilingual customer support to our clients and cardholders via a toll-free telephone number. The call center is fully-equipped and knowledgeable, and can answer any inquiries about our payroll cards, functions, services and platform. Our call center supports Reg. E and EFTA, USA Patriot Act, GLBA, and SAS 70 compliance, and studies any discrepancies with extreme scrutiny in order to further protect against fraud.

Processing Services

Through our VRU automated telephone service and online web services, cardholders can authorize processing for any ATM or POS retail system. Customers can interact and process any of our card functions through the telephone service or online, and these processes are safe and secure for every transaction.

Aiding Implementation

The USWCC | Benefits+ Card provides customers with the necessary materials in order to fully transition from paper checks to a paperless payroll platform. We can constantly create or change marketing materials that are tailored specifically for your business, as well as provide any bilingual documentation to any of your employees or customers.
